1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. One person, one account.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Community rules
No harassment, hate speech, fraud, impersonation, spam, nudity or illegal content. Never ask other members for money. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Memberships and payments
Paid memberships are one-time purchases for the stated period and do not renew automatically. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by third-party processors; your plan is activated once the payment is confirmed.
6. Content
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a limited licence to display it to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.
7. Safety
We cannot guarantee the conduct of members. Use common sense, follow our Safety Center guidance and report anything suspicious.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
